Campus Watches and Celebrates President Obama's Inauguration

Students, staff and faculty of Meadville Lombard gathered last week to watch the Inauguration of Hyde Park's own Barack Obama as President of the United States.  Later that night, they donned suits and ball gowns (The Rev. Dr. Neil Gerdes was even spotted in a tuxedo!) and celebrated well into the night. With our house full due to January Intensive courses and the yearly return of the students in our modified residency program, it was a great time and reason for a party.
