Students applying for the scholarship must be full-time students in either the residential or TouchPoint (distance) format.

By the application deadline, applicants must submit:

• Three letters of reference (academic, personal, and ministerial) that highlight your qualifications and the reasons these referrers believe you should be the scholarship recipient.
• Resume or curriculum vitae, in which academic achievements community involvements and religious service are highlighted;
• A three to five page, typed, double-spaced essay (not to exceed 2000 words) in response to the following question:

What do you take to be one of the greatest moral challenges of our time, and how do you envision your role as a religious leader in response?

Process of Selection

The faculty will submit three applications to the president who will make the final selection.
