| Scott Rudolph, Residential Student Representative
Scott Rudolph is currently entering into his second year of the Master of Divinity program at Meadville Lombard Theological School. He will be serving as the residential student body representative on the board of trustees. He graduated from Hanover College in Indiana in 2000 where he studied English and Philosophy. Previous to coming to seminary, Scott worked at Colorado State University as the Assistant Director for Corporate and Foundation Relations. He has also worked as a Case Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana.
Scott served as the Young Adult and Campus Outreach Coordinator at Foothills Unitarian Church in Fort Collins, Colorado where he was also a Worship Associate. In 2005, Scott worked at the Unitarian Universalist Association creating the Voter Registration/Voter Turnout Guide to Action, a nonpartisan voters’ guide which was published and distributed nationally to all UU Youth Adult Network and Campus Ministry organizations.
Currently Scott is the student organizer for Oikos, Religion and Environment Initiative, a collaborative effort around environmental issues which brings together seminaries, academic institutions, environmental community organizations, churches, and individuals in the Hyde Park and greater Chicago area. He is serves on the Student Leadership Team at Meadville Lombard.
Scott has been active in social service organizations for many years including the Matter Bookstore, Strength Through Peace, Louisville Peace Action Community, AIDS Services Center Coalition, Inc, Night Ministry to the homeless, and support for Doctors Without Borders.
Scott lives in Hyde Park in Chicago, Illinois with his partner, Rebecca and their dog Henry. |
