A transcript is an official record of a student's academic activity. It reflects a student's courses and grades.

Requests for  transcripts must be made in writing with a dated signature. You may use our Transcripts Request Form or you may submit a letter of request to the address below.

Federal privacy laws require we receive specific information in order to release your transcript. Due to regulations outlined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), we cannot honor telephone requests. Except for the in-person request for an unofficial transcript (at which time photo identification is required), the student must submit all requests in writing. Please help us complete your request in a timely manner by providing the following information.

  • Your name
  • Your Student ID number or Social Security number
  • Your address, telephone number and email adress
  • The address to which the transcript is to be sent
  • Your Signature
  • The date of your request
  • Payment for your transcripts

Transcript Costs and
Payment Options

Cost for official transcripts are as follows:

$7.00 - Transcript will be sent first class US Mail within 5 business days of receipt of a prepaid request

$10.00 - Transcript will be sent first class US Mail within 1 business day after receipt of a prepaid request

$25.00 - Transcript will be sent Overnight FedEx within 1 business day after receipt of a prepaid request

  • Personal check, Money order
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)Include your card number, month and year of expiration, and the amount you authorize your card to be charged.
