In order for your application to be considered, the Admissions Office will need to receive the following materials:

  1. Completed and signed application form
  2. Essays and short answers (if applicable)
  3. Academic transcript(s)
  4. A resume or CV
  5. Application fee
  6. Letters of reference (please send reference requests to your recommenders as soon as possible; applications are not considered until all letters of reference are received)

For Students Applying for Financial Aid:

All applicants seeking aid—whether federal, need-based, or merit-based—must complete the following additional materials:

  • Meadville Lombard application for aid (the form is sent with the admission letter after your application is accepted)
  • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (submitted via fafsa.ed.gov). This is required each year to receive federal aid. Meadville Lombard’s School Code for FAFSA is G01723.
