Visitors are welcome at the Wiggin Library! We exist to support students and faculty of Meadville Lombard Theological School, as well as Unitarian Universalists throughout the world. 

Hours

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, or by appointment*

*Hours expand when students are on campus. Please check the calendar for specific Open Hours during these times. To make an appointment, contact the librarian.

Visitors may borrow books from the Wiggin Library based on their affiliation with other institutions. You can search our library catalog or use our research guides to help locate the material you need.

  • I-Share users can check books out in accordance with the I-Share Resource Sharing Code, by using their ID or library card from their home library.
  • ACTS and University of Chicago Libraries users can check out up to three books at one time by using their school ID and a valid ACTS Borrower Identification Card. Contact your library for more information about the ACTS Borrower Identification Card.
  • CATLA Libraries users can check out up to three books at a time with a valid student ID card.
  • ATLA Libraries users can check out up to three books at a time with a valid student ID card, if their library participates in the ATLA Reciprocal Borrowing Program. Check with your library to make sure that they participate in this program.
  • Alumni, UU seminarians, and UU religious professionals can check out up to three books at a time, regardless of any affiliation with any of the above library programs or consortia.
