Meadville Lombard Theological School accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard) Include your card number, month and year of expiration, and the amount you authorize your card to be charged.

Federal privacy laws require we receive specific information in order to release your transcript. Due to regulations outlined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), we cannot honor telephone requests. Except for the in-person request for an unofficial transcript (at which time photo identification is required), the student must submit all requests in writing.
