"The most effective religious leaders collaborate to usher in the true transformation of individuals, communities and the larger world. They help individuals grow to wholeness. They assist communities in growing and engaging their theological and cultural diversity. They join with others to move the world closer to justice and peace. The mission of Meadville Lombard is to knit together every part of the fragmented world. We prepare our students to take up that spiritual work."
