“I like working at Meadville Lombard because I know that my work has a real impact on our students’ lives—academically and in formation.”

Sarah Levine is the Assistant Director of Library and Archives at Meadville Lombard Theological School, splitting her time between library access services and archival projects that focus primarily on digitization efforts. She holds a BFA in Theater Production and Design from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and a Masters of Library and Information Science with an emphasis on Archives and Special Collections from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Prior to joining MLTS Sarah has done work at libraries and archives in Chicago including the Webster Institute for the History of Astronomy at the Adler Planetarium, the Gerber/Hart Library and Archives, the Chicago History Museum, and the American Theological Library Association. Her professional interest is in social justice in the archives and she is delighted to be able to pursue that passion at Meadville Lombard.
