Jake Morrill is the founder and lead coach of Generation to Generation, a leadership and consulting firm that aids clergy and non-profit leaders to unlock patterns and move toward ease and alignment. He is on the faculty of the Bowen Center for the Study of Family and the Bowen Theory Education Center. He maintains his license in Marriage and Family Therapy in the State of Tennessee and previously led the Unitarian Universality Church of Oak Ridge (Tennessee) for 19 years.  

Rev. Tandi Rogers directs the Spiritual Direction Program at Meadville Lombard. She is known for her creative reframing, sparky questions, and love for collaboration. She has served the Unitarian Universalist Association in various roles since 2002, most recently concluding three years as Learning Strategist and four years as Congregational Life staff.
