Cohort will meet synchronously on the first and third Tuesdays of the month, from September 2025 to May 2026, at 6 – 8 pm Central. The topic covered on each date is as follows:

  • September Topic: Performance 
    • Week 1 (September 2): Introductions & understanding performance theory 
    • Week 3 (September 16): What is my performance style? Understanding phenomenology (the study of experience). 
  • October Topic: Intimacy 
    • Week 1 (October 7): What is intimacy?
    • Week 3 (October 21): How does intimacy happen in life overall?
  • November Topic: Intimacy
    • Week 1 (November 4): How do I experience intimacy in work?
    • Week 3 (November 18): How do I generate intimacy in work?
  • December Topic: Authenticity
    • Week 1 (December 2): Who is the me I (want to) share or perform?
    • Week 3 (December 16): Cultivating genuine presence and self-revelation
  • January Topic: Authenticity
    • Week 1 (January 6): Authentic Leadership Theory & (Im)mature Authenticity
    • Week 3 (January 20): How do I perform my Self?
  • February Topic: Work
    • Week 1 (February 3): What is our work? Lessons from Emotional Labor Theory 
    • Week 3 (February 17): Who am I in my work?
  • March Topic: Work
    • Week 1 (March 3): How do I move in and out of performance and daily life?
    • Week 3 (March 17): How do I sustain myself?

    • Week 1 (April 7): What skills and knowledge do I have or need?
